Intel i5-1145G7 x86 Tiger Lake 2C — 4K 30fps smooth, 60fps insufficient (2026-05-08 post-bugfix)
AMD Ryzen / Apple A15 — re-verify pending (earlier readings were affected by a 2x-speed queue-overflow bug, fixed 2026-05-08)
Cross-architecture verification of the TCSVT v4 paper's 2C 4K AV1 claim. Decoder is byte-rate bound (~540 KB/s) rather than frame-rate bound; per-frame size dominates over fps in realtime feasibility.
